New York Bridal Fashion Week is always one of the most exciting times of the year for us at Revelle Bridal. It’s our chance to see the latest trends firsthand, discover new gowns, and bring back inspiration that will make our brides’ wedding dreams come true. But before the glitz and glamour, there’s a lot of thoughtful preparation that goes into making sure we bring the best of the best to our brides.

Every season, our first step is always thinking about our brides—their unique styles, personalities, and the vision they have for their wedding day. Curating the perfect selection isn’t just about picking beautiful gowns; it’s about finding pieces that feel personal, flattering, and unforgettable.

Brides are often torn between two vibes: a fitted silhouette that beautifully hugs their curves and highlights their figure, or an A-line fit that creates that “princess moment” with a fuller skirt and dramatic presence. Once we’re in New York, our days are full of runway shows, private designer appointments, and sneak peeks of upcoming collections. We’re looking for standout pieces that will wow our brides, and we’re always on the lookout for the trends that are shaping the next season. From innovative designs to unexpected details, every gown we see sparks ideas for our curated collection.

Trends We’re Excited About This Year

While the dresses we’ll be seeing in April are for the designers’ fall collections, there are a few trends that I am especially anticipating—and I hope to see even more of them at New York Bridal Fashion Week. So, get excited!

Romantic, flowy silhouettes with delicate, hand-crafted details are always a favorite, and I’m looking forward to seeing how designers are reinventing them this season. Modern twists on classic shapes are also on my radar, from sleek, figure-flattering gowns to bold accents and striking jacquard fabrics that make a statement.

I’m excited to see unique textures and fabrics that create dimension and movement, adding depth and personality to each gown. Accessories continue to elevate the bridal look, whether through statement sleeves, elegant capes, or other transformative touches.

This year, I’m anticipating even more draping, richer textures, and fuller skirts that bring drama and a sense of “wow” to the moment—perfect for brides who want that unforgettable entrance.

Bringing Inspiration Back to Our Brides

After Fashion Week, the real magic begins—sharing what we’ve seen and loved with our brides. Our goal is always to make sure every bride feels confident, beautiful, and excited about her wedding day. The choices we make after the market are really up to you, brides! We carefully select gowns with each bride’s individual style in mind, so that when it’s time to say “yes,” you can feel inspired, confident, and truly yourself. Please note that because we visit NYBFW in April, these gowns are special order—not immediately available in the boutique—and will typically take 12 to 20 weeks to arrive. When they do, we’ll be sharing them online, so these are perfect for 2027 brides who want something fresh, exclusive, and completely unforgettable.
