Revelle Bridal BLVD Luxe Bridal Experience Agreement

Your Luxe Bridal Experience for Bride + 8 Adult guests (Ages 12 & Up) includes a 2.5 hour Bridal Consultation with a senior bridal stylist. You will be welcomed 'through the arch' to our luxury BLVD Suite, which will be yours exclusively for the duration of your appointment to ensure you and your guests are able to enjoy your bridal shopping experience in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

Your BLVD Luxe Experience package also includes a gift of 2 bottles of bubbles and a selection of sweet treats or savoury snacks. Please note that the bubbles and treats can be consumed at the boutique and/ or taken home with you after your consultation. In addition to all of the above, you will also receive an exclusive BLVD Luxe Box, featuring gifts to help you make the most of your journey as a Bride!

Terms and Conditions

1. The Luxe Bridal Experience is limited to a maximum of Bride + 8 Adult Guests (Ages 12 & Up).
2. The Consultation fee of $295 (inc HST) will be charged within 48 hours of you booking your consultation to the card provided upon booking.
3. $100 of your Consultation Fee will be applied towards the purchase of your Special Order wedding gown if your order is placed at your consultation or within 30 days of your consultation date.
4. Alcohol can only be taken home by persons 19 and older (per Provincial law).
5. Choice of treats or snacks provided must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before your consultation.
6. If your chosen 'Treats' supplier is unable to provide the snacks for your gift, Revelle Bridal will find an alternative supplier of Savoury or Sweet goods.
7. The treats - bubbles and sweets or savoury - can either be consumed on-site during your appointment ONLY in the BLVD suite or to be taken home after your consultation.
8. Special requests must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. While Revelle will try to accommodate for any dietary requirements and restrictions, this may not always be possible. In this case, Revelle Bridal will contact you to inform you of your options.
9. No outside food or drinks will be permitted.
10. The duration of your BLVD Luxe Bridal Experience will be 2.5 hours.
11. Late arrival will result in your appointment duration being shorter than the standard 2.5 hours.
12. You and your guests agree to allow Revelle to use photos from your Luxe Bridal consultation on their social media platforms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

1. 50% of the consultation fee is refundable with cancellation up to 72 hours (three days) before your appointment.
2. After this time the consultation fee will be forfeited for no-show or cancellation.
3. You may reschedule if you notify us no later than 72 hours ahead of your original appointment to a new booking that is within two weeks of your initial appointment date.
4. If you reschedule less than 72 hours from your consultation start time, an additional $50 of your fee will be retained by Revelle to cover the cost of outside suppliers, reducing the amount available for credit towards your dress to $50.
